Maybe they have organized behind our backs so that they have long distance communication. The local leaders would probably say: "Good work hiding your IQs, fellow animals! We still haven't found a way to tip over heavy garbage cans! Our undercover dog has not gained access to indoors to find the nearest television station and our undercover cat has not kidnapped anyone for a ransome yet! Keep up the good work!"
